“There is a huge opportunity in supporting the development of this sub-sector in Africa. This is one of the objectives of the Kenya Airways Golf Safari 2014/15. Kenya Airways is holding the Golf championship dubbed Golf Safari for 5 months in a larger format as compared to previous years that would see the inclusion of more clubs and players to meet the growing popularity of the sport,” Mbugua said.
The third round of the Kenya Airways Safari moves to Windsor this Saturday with over 200 golfers lined up for action.
On Friday, the second round of the international schedule (which started in Ghana last weekend) moves to the Royal Harare Golf Club.
