This growth has been occasioned by the competitive spirit amongst the various participating clubs. We have seen top-class golfing that was on display over the weekend. Tannahill Shield has aided the development of golf talent in the country as every club identifies and nurtures talented golfers to represent them. A bigger and more Junior Tannahill will further aid in such development.”

It takes a great deal of dedication and commitment to successfully organize and host a tournament of this stature for such a long period of time. The event has shown that the sport continues to be well embraced by many people in the country, which is a really positive step towards taking the sport to the next level.”

At KBL, we are proud to have been part of this tournament which is part of our commitment to supporting the sport of golf in the country. Through our premium spirit brand Johnnie Walker, we have always been champions of the sport in the country,” she added.
