Prize giving ceremony during a recent leg of the Johnnie Walker Series.

A large field of about 160 players have been drawn to play at the fourth leg of the on going Johnnie Walker Golf Series to be held at the par 71 Muthaiga Golf Club tomorrow.

A number of prizes have been lined up for the day long competition which will see participants compete for the overall title, men and women prizes, first and second nine prizes, best lady prize, longest drive, nearest to the pin and best effort.

Among the top players expected to spice up the day long competition include veteran David Farrar, former Finance and Transport Cabinet Minister Amos Kimunya, former Kenya Golf Uniuon (KGU) chairman Patrick Obath and renown inteupreneur Jimna Mbaru.

The series that has been attracting large fields of participants started the Railways Golf Club on February 4, before moving to Kiambu Golf Club, then Limuru Golf Club and Thika Sports Club.

This year, the series have 10 legs to be held at different clubs country wide, leading up to the grande finale in the PGA Vipingo Ridge on April 29.

After Muthaiga, action will move to Sigona, Nyali, Vet Lab then Nakuru before the Grand Finale.
