INDIZA MOVES WITHIN STRIKING RANGE AHEAD OF FINAL DAY AT KAREN

Dismas Indiza today posted two under par 70 for a total of eight under par 208 to remain within striking range as the Kenya Open Golf Championships heads to the final round at the par 72 Karen Golf and Country Club.
He is trailing overnight leader Brandon Stone from South Africa by six shots after the third round produced a new leader board leader.
Indiza who was being followed by a big group of fans started on a wrong foot with a bogey on the par four first hole, but recovered with a birdie on the par five hole three and leveled the other holes for a first nine score of 36. In the second nine, he sunk a birdie on the par four hole 12 but dropped a shot on the next hole 13, then recovered with birdies on holes 14 and 18 for a score of 34.
The other local players who made the cut on Friday, Brian Njoroge is on level par 216, while Mathew Omondi had a miserable round of eight over to finish the day on six over par 222.
Stone who will be turning 22 next week, sunk six birdies and only dropped a single shot to take a single shot lead over second placed and round two winner Porteous.
