Patrick Karanja and Martin Mwangi won the Crown Teflon fourball better-ball competition held at the par 71 Muthaiga golf club over the weekend.

Playing off handicap 4 and 12 respectively, their effort was on count back beating Sahir Sarbana(19) and Nandya(28) to second position and one shot better than that of Sahir Bhabra(6) and Tanvir Sodi(3) in third place.

Patrick and Martin both qualified for the finals of this year’s Crown Teflon fourball better-ball series to be held at Muthaiga Golf Club in November.

The duo came through a tough encounter to win thanks to the latter comfortable success on second nine hitting a Birdie on dog-right par 5 hole 10 and seven consecutive Pars on 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th.

Demanding weather conditions proved a stern test of both technique and resolve for all players.

First nine winners for the day went to Grace Kimeria and John Kimeria playing off handicap 28 and 15 respectively while second nine winners went to Victor Maina and Don Maina playing 21 and 13 respectively.

The guest winner prize went to K.Patel and H.Patel on 46 stableford points. The sixth qualifying round of the tournament will be held at Karen Golf and Country club on 24th May. pandora charm bracelet pandora charm bracelet
