NAOMI WARMS UP FOR THE BRITISH OPEN JUNIOR EVENT WITH A COMFORTABLE WIN AT RIBENA TOURNAMENT

RARING TO GO: Naomi Wafula posses with the winners trophy after being crown the Ribena Junior Championships winner at Royal Club on Sunday. She leaves the country on Sunday morning together with John Mburu for the British Open Junior Championships.

Kenya’s hot property, 14-year-old Naomi Wafula warmed up for the prestigious British Open Junior Championships with a deserved win at the annual Ribena Junior Open Championships held at the par 72 Royal Nairobi Golf Club at the weekend.

Wafula playing off handicap five and a member of Golf Park club scored two over par 74 gross to win the junior tournament on Sunday, a great morale boosted ahead of her departure on Friday to the United Kingdom for the British Open.

She will be accompanied by another high flying junior, John Mburu of Nyali Golf and Country Club for the international exploits. pandora anillos pandora anillos
